Our client is a privately owned South Australian company and one of the leading suppliers of building and construction materials. With a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, they operate multiple quarry sites across the state and continue to invest in people and operations. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking skilled and reliable Quarry Operators to join our clients hardworking team.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Quarry Operators to work across a range of quarry productions. You will play a key role in the safe and efficient operation of mobile and fixed plant equipment, supporting daily production targets.

Operating Monday to Friday, with Saturday work scheduled as needed. Some positions may require early morning starts or afternoon shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating mobile plant equipment (Loaders, Excavators, Dump trucks)
• Assisting with crushing and screening operations
• Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Working collaboratively with the production team
• Following all safety procedures, policies, and site requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with mobile crushing equipment preferred
• Experience operating heavy mobile equipment is essential
• Experience working in quarrying or mining is essential
• White Card obtained within a classroom
• RII Nationally Accredited Tickets & Licences (preferred)
• Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Minimum of 2 contactable references within the last 6 months
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical/Drug and Alcohol
